Send us the name, address, approximate SF, and unit count for each facility you want enrolled. Sara will confirm receipt, verify your portfolio tier, and initiate onboarding. No financial statements or tax returns required to get started.

We complete your first valuation
The LSSG team pulls current market comps, reviews each facility's position in its submarket, and prepares your first written BOV. We may follow up briefly if we need trailing NOI or other operational context. First delivery within 30 days of enrollment.
Receive your package and get on the quarterly schedule
You receive your BOV PDF and the LSSG Market Pulse. Sara schedules your first quarterly review call with the LSSG team. From there, the cycle repeats every 90 days automatically - BOV, Pulse, and call - until you decide to cancel or list.

To enroll, just facility name, address, SF, and unit count. To complete the valuation, we'll ask for a trailing 12-month profit & loss statement, management summary report, and an occupancy statistics report. We do not require tax returns or lender records unless you want us to incorporate them.
